In 1974 we started producing wing ribs in Darryl Usher’s garage.  Today, we produce thousands of aircraft parts each month in our modern production facility in Forest Grove, Oregon. Over three decades, we have produced parts for over 50 aviation companies including Van’s Aircraft, Collins Aerospace, Glasair, Hummel Aviation, Mustang Aeronautics, Olympic Aero Services, Oregon Aero and Wicks Aircraft Supply. We have the capability to laser cut, hydroform, and heat treat for experimental aircraft parts.  We also have processes in place to produce “certified aircraft parts” for major suppliers of the experimental aircraft industry.
